Redbox Instant on PlayOn and PlayLater
We did it again! Bringing channels to your Roku, PS3, Wii, etc. before they are natively available - that's PlayOn. This time it's Redbox Instant - Redbox's new streaming service similar to Netflix. While Xbox Live Gold subscribers get it natively, if you don't want to fork out the $ for a Gold account - no worries - you can get Redbox on your Xbox 360 with PlayOn!
Yup - Redbox on Roku through PlayOn.
Redbox on PS3 and Redbox on Wii or WiiU through PlayOn.
And - you can record Redbox Instant movies with PlayLater and then watch them on your iPad or iPhone or tablet or PC when you fly off to Spring Break. We're headed up north to British Columbia to hit the slopes for some spring skiing, and thank goodness for PlayLater - since we can't get Hulu, Redbox or Netflix in Canada with our US accounts. Got the recording queue filled up and cranking away so we can watch Redbox movies every night!
